No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product is:

  • Downloaded

  • Accessed

  • Delivered via email or dashboard

Digital products cannot be “returned,” and access cannot be revoked once granted.


Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was deducted but the product was not delivered

  • A technical error occurred from our side

Any such request must be made within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Downloaded files (ebooks, PDFs, templates)

  • Accessed digital content

  • Discounted or promotional purchases

  • Mistaken purchases or lack of understanding


Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Timeline: 7–10 business days

  • Approval is not automatic
