Due to the nature of digital products, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product is:
Downloaded
Accessed
Delivered via email or dashboard
Digital products cannot be “returned,” and access cannot be revoked once granted.
Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only if:
Payment was deducted but the product was not delivered
A technical error occurred from our side
Any such request must be made within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.
Non-Refundable Items
